Blade: Mers SuperShave X Platinum. (D2)
Razor: Merkur 34c.

Cold water face wash with brush squeezings, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils +3 Menthol Crystals, Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./ Nivea Men Sensitive Cooling PSB./Denim Original EdT.

A relaxing Sunday morning shave.

Second outing of the HWF lanolin shaving soap (no.2) with Tea Tree & Lavender essential oils which created a excellent lather leaving my face feeling wonderfully smooth with the aid from the lanolin of which my mature rhino skin loves.

Another enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups comfort shave with no errors to report...Finishing to the shave off with a few small squirts of Denim Original EdT to the pulse points.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.

Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 1019

Great shave. Blade at 9 shaves is needing more strokes I think but still giving smooth, close and irritation free shaves. The soap I'm calling done as it is not doing it for me quality wise and is near gone anyway. I wish I had this scent in a quality soap. Moving on to CFG Sherlock that survived the recent soap reduction sale as a complete set with splash and EDT to match. Enjoy your Sunday, it's back to the grind tomorrow !

I had an interesting shave today. At about 2:30 this morning I was aroused from sleep by an incredibly loud noise from the toilet when SWMBO flushed it. On investigation, the water coming from the toilet, faucets and all was mud brown. I called the water department and they confirmed that we were on a Water Advisory/Boil Water Alert since 9:30 the previous evening. We just did not get the notification. So this morning, I did my shave with 16.9 fl. oz. of bottled drinking water.

The Palmolive Shave Cream lathered well with Jayaruh #424 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Superior Lather Catcher Razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lustray Spice After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

After months of not using Jaco’s soaps I finally jumped on the Klipspringer and I enjoyed it so much. The scent is lovely, even though it’s glycerine based it still lathers great, it’s pretty slick, the menthol sensation is nice, and it’s very soothing as well as moisturizing. The Prep and the Aqua Velva Sport aftershave both felt awesome. Another tip top BBS shave!
