Adjustable August AoS Peppermint~~Simpson Persian Jar 2~~RR GC .84/Sharp Star (2)~~Lutens Muscs Koublaï Khän Menthol Monday. Today's high temperature 92˚ F The cooling properties of the AoS cream are quite refreshing and not pain-inducing. This cream is super-easy to lather and when combined with a soft badger brush, is a favorite part of the daily shave. Day 2 using the RazoRock Game Changer OC .84, loaded with the Sharp Star. The GC is a beefy tool. Hefty like my Floating Head and R41. When using a razor with a heavy handle, I recommend finding a finger position that balances both the head and the rear of the razor. Use a very light touch. Allow gravity and momentum to do the "heavy lifting". Finished with a sample I have had for a while, but until today, never tried: MKK is quite animalic with Civet and Musk leading the charge. Me.....likey.
Can't go wrong with Arko, Angelo! I remember wearing Jovan Musk when I was a young man. It is a nice scent.
I smile whenever you post, Jeff! I just love your enthusiasm for straight shaving. Enjoy the rest of the day!
Thanks, Gary. You see these on Ebay. Not too rare. I was on a now-subsided SMN kick. They make a few things I have retained and would recommend. The Tobacco Toscano candle The Potpourri The Crema da Barba Nostalgia EdP
SE Shave # 208 Rating: 5 / 5 Razor: GEM Micromatic Open Comb Blade: GEM Stainless (10) Brush: Ever Ready 500 Lather: PAA Atomic Age Bay Rum Aftershave: PAA Atomic Age Bay Rum Additional Care: Stirling Alum Block Thayer’s Witch Hazel - Original Nivea Cool Balm Another wet and soggy day here on LI. Henri is leaving his wet mark. I will take this over the wind option. This morning’s shave, with the MMOC and the PAA Bay Rum, was just the ticket to brighten up my morning. Of course I did an X3Bar Push workout prior to my shower and shave. Super close shave with the GSB considering it was the blades 10th usage. I usually bin the GEM blades after the 10th shave but I am tempted to try another one in two weeks. Why two weeks? Next Monday will feature the MMBT. I hope you have a great day gentlemen.
