    I keep my eyes on the weather down to the South . Sometimes I envy you guys for lack of snow and warm temps but really worry when I see nasty hurricanes and such heading towards my American friends and neighbors. Take care !!

    Fine Accoutrements bowl
    Dovo 91 Sunday Shaver, Cocobolo scales
    Col Conk lime AS

    The suds were easy and absolutely luxurious, but could use a little more residual slickery. Could’ve smelled better too.

    Dovo 91, a 5/8 shoulderless full hollow grind using the Bergisher Löwe blank. Sharpened on convexed surfaces.

    The Colonel doesn’t deliver the best lime, but it is sufficient to over-lacquer the soap smell.

    I believe I successfully delivered myself a nice shave.

    I could have waited until tomorrow to shave because I still look respectable, but I wanted to have a relaxing shave. I just like Angora's Lavender soap because it is a nice scent and gives me a slick, creamy lather. Evan's brush is the bee's knees. It is soft and it whips up a nice lather, regardless of the soap. Two passes gave me a step below a near BBS and on my scale that would make it a BBS- shave.
    This Wosty presently has 45 shaves since I honed it and she is still kicking and giving me nice shaves.
    The alum gave me a slight stinging so it was a pretty comfortable shave. Applied the witch hazel for that little extra skin care and then topped the shave with the matching juice. Previously, I mentioned that I was like meh with this aftershave because I thought the lavender scent would be reinforced. Unfortunately, my assessment of this aftershave has not changed.     Prep: Warm shower:/Cien Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

    Pre:
    Cold wet flannel to my face.
    FatFace Ocean Escape Soap Bar.
    Brush: Yaqi 24mm Sagrada Familia Synthetic.
    Bowl Lather.
    Bowl: Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl.
    Lather: Haslinger Schafmilch Shaving Soap.
    Blade: Mers SuperShave X Platinum. (D1)
    Razor: Merkur 34c.

    Post:
    Cold water face wash with brush squeezings, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils + 3 Menthol Crystals, Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./La toja ASL./Nivea Men Sensitive Cooling PSB.

    Early morning shave.

    The Haslinger Schafmilch shaving soap is another good performing nice mild fragranced lanolin wool fat shaving soap which my mature skin loves and creates an acceptable lather in a short space of time which doesn't dissipate or dry out on your face in between passes leaving a superb post shave feel.

    A Enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of Nivea Men Sensitive Cooling PSB.

    My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.;)

    You were eh with Col. Conks Lime so I thought you might try Colonel Sanders Kentucky Fried Chicken for a better experience. I know that there was not a shave connection with my original post, but I was trying to be funny.
