Herder 49 15/16 (Mug), LeCoq Cagehead (Noggin) BLADE: Feather DE PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub with Argan Oil BRUSH: Viking Silvertip Badger SOAP: Mitchell’s Wool Fat POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by a rinse with Humphreys Lilac WH. Finished with Cremo Cooling Post Shave Balm.

Hi Friends, today was my last shave in August…September is coming in. Fall is about to begin…lovely. When the leaves change their colours and everything looks so nice…awesome…so, here is my shave… Preshave: menthol Cube // Razor: iKon B1 Slant // Blade: Rotbart Extra Dünn // Soap: Soap Commander Honor // Brush: Cool Dog Hybrid Synthetic // Aftershave: Aqua Velva Great shave. The Slant is extremely thoroughly and gentle at the same time. Nice. Soap Commander is such a fantastic soap…the lather is exquisite and the Honor scent is so so good… Splashed a healthy dose of the Aqua Velva and I smelled fantastic. Menthol (WS-23) Micromatic Monday Monday August 30, 2021 Razor: Bumpless Micromatic Blade: Gem SS (1) Brush: Stuart/Timberwolf Soap: A&E NYC AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70 AS 2: A&E NYC Splash Fragrance: n/a Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 1027 So a touch of WS-23 Cooling powder was added to the A&E NYC to give it that Menthol freeze. I must remember that a little goes a long way with this stuff. GREAT Micromatic shave. This one is missing the bumps on the baseplate top for those that see a difference in the 2. All I know is it gives an amazing shave. Not sure I see a difference when I use the other one I have or not. Hope all in the way of Ida are weathering things well and are safe. Menthol Monday's Shave Cold Water Rinse Eskimo Tuxedo Shave Soap Jayaruh #426 Gillette Twinjector Personna Injector CWR Osage Rub The Eskimo Tuxedo Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #426 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Twinjector with a Personna Injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed... I know that the Gillette Twinjector came with the Twin injector blades, and I have some, but I use regular injector blades in it. I had forgotten how smoothly this razor shaves. It handles like a sports car. It is nimble and efficient. It will be up through Saturday this week.
