Another busy day doing errands. Prior to heading out I completed an X3Bar Push workout, shower and shaved. I have about 8 more workout days before the surgery. I will miss them during my recovery.

This morning’s shave was another comfortable three pass shave. The Mr. EE brush whipped up a nice lather. The end result was a great shave with a silent alum, witch Hazel cleanse and soothing balm. I was smelling good as I headed out the door.



Dark Obsession by Calvin Klein is a Amber Woody fragrance for men. Dark Obsession was launched in 2013. Top notes are Guarana, Wormwood and Green Mandarin; middle notes are Balsam Fir, Clary Sage and Vetiver; base notes are Madagascar Vanilla, Suede and Labdanum.

Thank you Bill. I am getting my first official dose of the MOLC. My former colleagues went back to work yesterday. Tomorrow will be a truer version as my son starts his school year. I will have time for myself, chores notwithstanding, from 7 - 3.
