    Wonderful shave this morning prior to a day filled with errands. I am now able to drive which allowed me to kept up with things I need to do around. SWMBO has been very nice by not asking too much of me post surgery.

    The Goldedge delivered a smooth and comfortable shave. I had an abundance of lather therefore I took a page out of Keith’s book, @Keithmax. I did a fourth pass just because I could. I had enough lather to do my customary finish lather, which just sits on my face for a few moments ts while I clean up the shave gear.
    The alum, witch hazel and balm finished off the shave nicely.

    While I was overall pleased with my shave this morning, I was a bit disappointed at getting two Knicks at the sideburn area on the left side. I loaded the Jeeves Bay Rum soap onto the "No-Name" Stoylin for a minute and got a BBS shave along the cheeks and ONE sideburn area(well, one outta two ain't bad, right?). Upon getting the Knicks at the other side, I immediately knew what I should have done to avoid them...lift the glasses frame so as to give me more shave space to work with. That will happen tomorrow. Good job along North Porcupine, but another Knick(smaller than the first two)down South. Well-done down at Cactus. The Stephan Bay Rum A.S. and cold water rinse helped with the sideburn Knicks(the South Porcupine Knick wasn't as bad). The 3 Knicks ruined what otherwise was a very good shave. Thus, we get a Pretty Excellent for today's work. I must complement the Stephan for its "skin-food" strength(similar to Bill Neumann in that regard)..
