Today I have finished the Apple juice production, 108 Liter (228 Pints). Last weekend it was 80 Liter + 23 Liter for Cider.
Nice to have your own Apple juice.

The Juice is heated to 82C (180F) and then poured in to the BIB.

Not all, the relatives and friends get some as well . I have all in the stone cellar under the house. No preservatives nothing added and It lasts for more than one and a half year in the BIB’s. First year we bought the crusher and the Hydro press (2014) we made 100 Liter Cider And 120 Liter juice, We still have some bottles left.

My kind of weather! I’m hot natured, but not as much as I used to be when younger.

 

Thanks! Yes the Weber is frequently used also in Winter time. Really good quality! I really like US made things, strong and sturdy constructions.
