  6. Thanks Jeff! I usually set the bike at 6 or 7. However, I set it at 4 and that's for old geezers that are out of shape. Did 45 min and it was a pace where my heartrate was at 95. I was not breaking a sweat. I will do this light cardio for the rest of the week. It means that I won't hit the weights and machines until next Monday or Tuesday. That will give me at least 10 days of resting on the weights and machines. When I go back on the weights, then I need to dial back the load for that week. I know how to respect my body.

    Wonderful three pass shave with the 7/8th’s Swedish blade. Love the width of this blade. A very comfortable and close shave. I have begun to see the bottom of the soap tub. If will definitely meet it’s demise before the end of the month. As a result I will have Edmund Fitzgerald my fourth tub and in line to complete my goal of a fifth tub before the end of the year.
