This was my response to Jeff's comment.
Thanks Jeff! I usually set the bike at 6 or 7. However, I set it at 4 and that's for old geezers that are out of shape. Did 45 min and it was a pace where my heartrate was at 95. I was not breaking a sweat. I will do this light cardio for the rest of the week. It means that I won't hit the weights and machines until next Monday or Tuesday. That will give me at least 10 days of resting on the weights and machines. When I go back on the weights, then I need to dial back the load for that week. I know how to respect my body.

Lovely Swedish shave, Joe! 7/8 is rare for CVH razors that weren’t exported. Lovely razor!

So I went out again to get some fresh air. I am getting better, but I am still not 100%. My mom used to make home made Italian chicken soap when I was not well. Contrary to popular opinion, Jews did not corner the market on this miracle elixer. I went to my local Chinese takeout and ordered a quart of Chicken Rice Soap. Their soup is blistering hot and this is what Dr Trigger needed It was so soothing to my throat and my psyche. Tbh, I think this thermometer is broken because it states I have a 101.9 temp, but my head, face and neck do not feel warm. I suspected as much during these last few days. I will have to buy another digital oral thermometer tomorrow to make sure I am correct. This digital thermometer was part of a health kit from my Med. Ad. plan so who knows how long it was setting on their shelf and being jostled to boot before I received it. Obviously, they are inexpensive so they don't last long. I believe the battery is run down because I do not get beeps telling me that I should read my thermometer.

This evening, I had a quart of scalding hot Chinese Chicken with Rice Soup. I did not cool it. I just went with it and man did I feel better.
