I love learning that what I'm assuming is aftershave is labeled in that straightforward German way, as 'razor water' and with 'razor soap' to match. Looks like it's a Tondeo. Did a bit of searching around, and it looks like while they still make straight razors, they don't produce this nifty flip top DE anymore. Can't seem to find what they named that beauty though.

Two passes and touch ups with the AutoStrop A1 with a Personna GEM SS PTFE gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Vanilla After Shave. His Citrus Melody soap has such a gorgeous scent, the tallow formula gives it such awesome lather with great slickness, the menthol sensation is so strong that it’s almost (but not quite!) competition for the Stirling Glacials, and the skincare is perfect. DE SOTD, Oct 6th 2021 Razor: Razorock 2nd Gen Lupo.72- Mfg 2021> excellent mid range, excellent design, reasonable carefree shaving, good results. Blade: Gillette Polsilver SI(6) excellent blade, Sharp & smooth with good longevity. Soap: Cyril R Salter Indian sandal wood, nice sandal wood scent, excellent lather qualities. Brush: Yaqi Chainti's 24mm synthetic- excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle scrubber + great lather painter. Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area. Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. Post shave: Proraso red sandal wood with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizer lotion balm(excellent + scentless). Results : CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my RR Lupo.72 with a Polsilver SI. Have some great shaves!

Finished with Pre de Provence Bergamot & Thyme Balm.
