    Two travel shaves the past few days. The first hotel shaves in what seems a very long time. Working through my OC DEs chronologically. I'm pretty sure this NI follows the Old Type I started the month with. Everything worked as it should...I've definitely neglected the awesome Palmolive after finishing my last stick.

    Outstanding shaves, Jeff! I like my straights to be as whole as possible. I don't care for shorties, etc. However, you got a good deal on the straight razor and you get nice shaves with it. Who am I to question your bargain hunting savvy. You and Danny lead the way on getting discounted items that are still suitable for shavimg

    Aftershave: Obsession A/S Balm

    Thayer’s Witch Hazel - Original

    I decided to stick with the 1508.5 Project through at least Thursday as a means to hasten the tubs demise.
    The PAA Starling OC received the call today. It is a very light razor in the hand. You need to be minded of refraining from putting pressure on your face. Regardless of it’s light weight, compared to the other brethren of OC persuasion in the den, it delivers a very close and comfortable shave.
    The Shore Shave Player boar easily whipped up a nice and thick lather. The knot is still breaking in. It is not as soft as a few of my Omega knots but is gradually improving in that regard. Time will tell if it may attain the same level of softness as the Omegas.

    Soap: Arko
    Aftershave: Proraso Green

    Another MMOC shave in the books. A brand new blade brought the customary harshness, but I controlled angle and pressure and yielded a nice, close shave. I did end up with a small nick on the left side of my neck (knocked the head off a small spot), but it was nothing that the splash couldn't handle. The shaves only get better from here, but damn this razor shaves close!
