  2. Yes, the fever broke this morning. I went to the gym for light cardio earlier today. I was at level 4 instead of 6 or 7. That is what I consider the old, out of shape man level. I did not break 85 bpm. I will be keeping at this level of cardio for the rest of the week. Next week, I will get back with very light weight training. I do not expect to be back full strength until the week after. I just don't want to put too much stress coming off being sick.
