    99+ means over 99 and under 100. That is not considered a fever per the CDC. 100 to 102 is low grade. 102 to 103 is medium grade. 103 and over is high grade. Bottom line, it is safe to workout if your temp is under 100 as long as you don't go full throttle.

    Yes, that is one way to look at it. Another way to look at it is that two long time members of the 30DC responded to a post of yours thinking very similarly and were told in no uncertain terms that they are wrong and in the case of Paul, being told that it wasn't even clear why he would have responded.
    I regret responding and I am sorry I have wasted peoples time.
