DE SOTD, Sat, Oct 9th 2021- Hard to beat a smooth and Sharp blade like the GSB with a Gillette Fatboy gliding it IMO. Razor : Gillette E4 Fatboy- Mfg 1959,4th qtr- Excellent adjustable razor, well designed and built to last generations of shaving. Blade: Gillette silver blue(GSB)(1)- Sharp & smooth with reasonable longevity, top tier blade for myself, 1st shave will tell most folks how excellent a blade it is, Cadillac of Gillette blades IMO. Soap: Speick, nice mild spicy scent with excellent lather qualities. Brush: Yaqi 22mm (AKA, ever-Helpful)2band badger, great lather generator, soft tips, excellent scrubber + good lather painter. Pre shave: Brush (24mmCashmere) wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera Gel on the cleaned beard area. Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. Post shave: Witch hazel beard area cleaning + Nivea refreshing AS + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizer lotion (excellent + scentless balm) Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my Gillette Fatboy with a GSB blade. Have some great shaves!
I'm the only one that thought a silver 1920 single ring, in a khaki set box, labeled 'Property US Army' was worth $50? ... or were y'all snoozing on that one? Sent from my SM-G977U using Tapatalk
Thanks, I've got a really nice property US Army Khaki set ready for that box. Who wants a silver ring for 50 bucks? Lol
