We’ve been having a problem with a leaky kitchen faucet.

The faucet is a type that has the regular faucet and sprayer in one. The leak was where the faucet head meets the hose. I finally managed to unscrew the head from the hose, but the hose slipped out of my hands and down into the faucet body.

Pushing the hose back up from under the sink didn’t work, but I am proud of my solution. I went to Lowe’s to buy a small flexible reaching tool to grab it back up. But it would pull it almost all the way & then get caught. So I took a small pick to hold it & pull it the rest off the way, once I released the grabber.

Next step was to tie the hose into a big knot, so I couldn’t lose it again, while I reattached the faucet head. Meanwhile, I spoke to someone from Moen. They will send a replacement hose & gasket set to fix it more permanently.

 

Cut some marshmallow sticks.

 

Dad joke time....

Hey Sara, I heard your faucet was running. You better go try to catch it.

 

Just as soon as I catch my nose & my refrigerator.

 

Now the bed is completed, only some sanding and painting is left to do.

Thanks, it will be Linden flower green and chalk white on the sides at the lath’s. Also a stand for a mobile will be made. Further pictures will come.

My shoulder was sore, so rather than be a stubborn fool about it, I admitted that I needed to lower the draw weight on my bow. Lowered it 2 pounds, shot in a competition today and scored a new personal best of 386/450.

 

Is 450 the highest you can go?

In this type of shoot, yes. The formats and maximum scores vary. So whenever I mention a score, I also indicate the maximum for that type of shoot.

 

Made a stand for the straight razors to dry after shaving and also a little bit fancier when taking a photo. Made by Mahogany dried for 50 years from a Church Organ manufacturer that I made practice when I was in High School. Only one small magnet holding the tail.
