    Razor: Parker SRX
    Blade: Gillette Silver Blue
Brush: Shore Shave Creamsicle Swirl 24 mm White Synthetic
    Lather: Stirling Satsuma
    Aftershave: Stirling Satsuma
    Additional Care:
    Stirling Alum Block
    Nivea Cool Balm
    Thayer’s Witch Hazel - Original

Wonderful Parker SRX shave this morning. The Shore Shave brush whipped up a nice slick Stirling lather. The sweetness of the soap was noticeable throughout the entire shave. I can see why Joe, @Trigger, is a huge fan.

Easy three pass a with a minor weeper on the upper lip. The alum and witch hazel easily took care of it.

The MOLC is a blast. It is great to do things at your own pace and not have to answer to anyone. Then again, there is SWMBO. Nonetheless, I have a morning routine that involves getting whatever chore that need to be done for the day. This mornings weather, cool and sunny, beckoned a walk. So I did take a nice leisurely work of about a mile and a half.

Today is our 15th anniversary. We will have dinner at home with Anthony. Saturday evening we, SWMBO and I, will head out for a nice dinner.

Hope you have a great day gentlemen.

  11. Friday morning shave complete. The semogue whipped up a real nice lather with this glycerine soap. I’ve talked about this soap before in the past, it provides a perfect amount of slickness for protection and softens the skin. Anyway that’s all for now. Hope you all have a fantastic Friday.

Happy Friday gentlemen. The 1508.5 Project has move on to it’s next soap. Target date for the Edmund Fitzgerald of the soap is around Thanksgiving.

The Purple Haze Badger brush whipped up a nice thick lather for the three pass shave with the DD Quarter hollow razor. Shave Nirvana! What do you think of the Paul, @Paul Turner?

I have a busy morning with PT at 7:30 and errands to follow. We have another beautiful day shaping up for LI and the MOLC.

Hope you all have a great day gentlemen.

  20. For this morning's shave, I repeated yesterday's. As it is a shaving CREAM in a puck(Rocky Mtn. Barber), I made the decision to just do the one pass. I ended up leaving some Astroturf on the right cheek(the worst area for me to miss). Left cheek was fine. No cuts/Knicks, in fact in lightly shaving over the cuts from yesterday, there was no further damage. I liked THAT. The rest of Porcupine went well. Slow&steady wins the race up the North sides. No issues at Cactus. Pretty Excellent again. I can do better tomorrow(especially with going back to 2 passes),
