I've been seeing more Canadian Service sets lately. Some saying from the Korean War with thin tech handle.
yes sir,they are quite rare compared to the ww2 sets..Korean war sets are dated X-Z..the thin fluted handled ones are usually Y stamped.i think my newly aCquired set is a civilian ww2 version.no ink stamps on case.or visible mirror.the later sets have a frosted cap/post war baseplate.mine has a triangular slot baseplate.
Just ordered the 'Top 10' sampler from Tryablade.com, actually bought 2 of them so I could give each type of blade 2 tries, and don't end up with a mismanufacture making me think something is garbage when I might actually really like it!
