December 15th Zingari Man - Shave Soap & Recovery Splash - The Wanderer (Barbershop) Seiko 6/8 Kamisori Brad Sears Shave Works Disco - Hybrid Badger
No image from yesterday, but today was the first time out for a Kenwa symmetric kamisori. I think that it needs a little more work on the stones, it really isn’t ground that well but it is an interesting razor. The soap was Durance L’Homme, the soap that Obie over on the old SRP called the worst shaving soap ever made, anywhere. So when Maggards listed some a few years ago, I had to find out. It’s great! I suspect that they made a bad batch that got out into the wild. I’d buy another puck or two if I could find it. The brush was a $27 Alrossa SOC that I am breaking in, and yesterday was a milestone, the knot felt broken in - a good bit anyway. It still has more to go, I’ve only had it a couple of weeks. Myrsol Limon finished up a good shave.
Heljestrand No 130 6/8, cream was T&H UC lathered with a Razorock (Zenith) boar that’s getting broken in. A splash of Shulton Old Spice finished up a great shave.

Thanks Steve! But it does seem like their trademark should have a before and after… Bearded on the blade face and clean shaven on the tang.
