Thank you Steve! If I was smart, I would mute it… but so far, no bites. :)

Today was a break from my usual every other day routine. Whether it was the lesser stubble or just the blade, I don’t know, but I do know that this near wedge Sheffield from one of my favorite makers provided a super, super smooth shave :happy036:

    Hot water preparation
    Argan Oil PSO
    Romera Wengue Chubby Manchurian Badger
    Sterling Soap Black Cherry sample
    John & William Ragg 6/8
    Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel

Hi Hans. Great looking razor. I have never heard of the term half wedge.. Is it the same as a near wedge or a 1/4 hollow?

Well, same child have many names . In Sweden it’s often described as half wedge = not completely wedge and not hollow…

Shell 72 Silver Steel, soap and AS were Floris Elite and a SOC did the lathering.

I’ve been admiring Blair’s curly scales and have some pretty California Bastogne walnut that will soon be on razors and maybe a brush handle or two. The pictures really don’t do them justice.

You've been admiring my WHAT!?! :happy102:

Can't wait to see the results from the wood samples you've shown Steve!

And....of all the absolutely GOAT unicorn razors that I'd love to have...that blue handled Filly 14 Sub Cero is tops. So many cool razors shown on this thread by all....eye candy everyday.
