Their quality seems to be hit and miss on new razors heads but it seems like they finally get it straightened out. I guess they let their customer be their testers. Take care.

I got a surprise gift from an Aunt and Uncle, a shavette kit. I'm not sure how they knew I was interested in trying one but I'll chalk it up to a happy accident. I used the brush and soap today but I'm not home and don't want my first shavette shave to be in an unfamiliar setting. Merry Christmas all!
Well my daughter surprized me with her Christmas presents and she knows I like vintage razors(She does not know a lot about razors but lucked out and also was a thoughtful gift). She Picked me up a Valet auto strop(Canadian variant) and this blade sampler Schick put out introducing the the Krona blade. At first I thought the blade stops were damaged but they changed their blade stop design and they also designed it so you can not lift up the blade holder when tightened which is a new feature comparing to my Valet C1. Cleaned it up and loaded with a FHS-10 blade and will have a shave this week sometime. Blast from the past days! Have some great shaves!
Monday’s mail call is from The Razor Company; today I got Sir Henry’s Casino Royale soap and aftershave as well as Barbasol Brisk aftershave (the only place I’ve seen this aftershave sold lately is the Razor Company).
This interesting brush came in the mail a few days ago, amazing detail on the handle. Yaqi sure makes nice brushes handles last 2 years. Yaqi 24mm Tuxedo knot "The Panda" brush. Have some great shaves!
