I received my Stoylin soap today(Oro Valley)-and Doc Ezlovan flipped in two-that's right two-ah said two hand soaps (British Leather and Sharp Dressed Man).
Just a reminder, beginning tomorrow, Stoylin will qualify for my Throwback Thursday shaves-company will be in its 10th year.
I love this Glacial Wintergreen trio so much! Rod, please bring them back! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ya LADIES and uh GENTLEMEN: I am proud to announce the return of the Stoylin Tony Awards. I have a bit of a different setup this year than in years past. First the dates: February( Groundhog Day, 2nd), April(Patriots Day, a MA holiday), June(Flag Day. 14th), August(date to be determined), October(Columbus Day), and December(Christmas 25), For each date, I will choose one product from the different shave categories Stoylin offers, and all finishes between Christmas and New Year's, with the Tony Award Chanpion being honored (which means I have to buy it, of course). See ya on Groudhog Day as we kick this baby off!!
Yaaaay! Your awards posts and progress are always fun and interesting to keep track of! Thanks for bringing them back, Paul.
Anyone interested in Stirling mutton based soaps: In an interview with IMCDB today, Rod said that due to a very steep rise in the cost of mutton tallow, he will need to discontinue production of those soaps at some point during the year.
Yes, I saw the interview with Rod and Mandy. I can take it or leave it because I am fine with their beef tallow base.

That's a shame to hear but not surprising. I have a feeling that everything is going to be more expensive. I would rather they raise prices or stop production than go out of business. I do like their Sheep so I probably will pick some up. Hopefully the prices for ingredients come back down and they can start making it again although I'm guessing that it accounts for a small portion of their revenue so perhaps not.
I need to find a soap to "match" with my Gentleman A.S. I haven't used SG for a long time. It's too tobacco-yy for my Sir Hare Alpha(Tobacco and Sandalwood)...for me anyway. Perhaps one of my scentless soaps will do.
