  3. I was there on business. We used to have offices in Stockholm and Goteborg. There are some beautiful ladies in your country! Fortunately, I was newly married and had the bride along for a working honeymoon of sorts.

  5. Terrific shave Joe! Yes, we did have quite a lot of snow. I won't be able to get to my car until they plow my street. It's OK because most of it will be gone by next week.

  6. Sounds like a Turafic (terrific) time.

  7. Eventually, I will replace it, but I need to knock down my inventory before doing so. I want to place a big order so I don't pay for shipping. I will include Satsuma, Barbershop, Piacenza and Tsuka. If Rod and Mandy doesn't bring Tsuka back, then I will one of their pine scented soaps. Frankly, I want to try other soaps like Seaforth SeaSpice Lime and Seaforth Spice as well as a different Bay Rum soap. Realistically, I have plenty of soap that will last me at least 4 more years before I need to purchase any more.

  8. Fine shave Paul! Stay safe and warm!
  9. Thankfully, I don't think we got that much, but it was enough to keep everyone off the roads.

  11. Unfortunately, my apartment has had some heating problems of late-except for the bathroom. But it's warmer than what's goin down outside. Thanks for the compliment.:).
  12. Thanks much, Jeff.....they're going good these days. :)

  15. Hi Joe and all of my 30DC brothers!

Kathy got a fantastic report from her doc at Mayo, and we praise the Lord for it. Her swallowing issue was completely corrected. We returned home safely a few days ago, and we finally thawed out. We'll return sometime this summer for an oncology visit, and we're expecting good news then also. I sincerely thank you for the prayers. That means everything to Kathy and me.

I've been following along quietly on the thread this month. It is wonderful to see the new members and their progress, and as always, the great fellowship. Not much shave news for me other than I finished off a container of MdC Original a few days ago. I have another container in the wings, and I hope to finish it sometime in the next decade.

  16. The cars won't require much work-the wind blew the snow off. Course we still have to MOVE them-the wind didn't do much in that persuasion.
  17. Great news on Kathy :). That's what I'm trying to do this year-finish off some soaps.

  18. I'll have to make ONE purchase this year-whichever product wins the Stoylin Tonys(contest will go on all year).
  19. Thanks Paul. I hope all's way up your way.

I'm currently plowing through pucks of Stirling Executive Man and Stirling Arkadia. Then I'll be down to Tabac, Mike's Natural Soaps Hungarian Lavender, and MdC unscented. Since MdC lasts forever and I have multiples of Mike's and Tabac, I should be good for the next few years. :)

I must say...you've been knocking it out the park with your shaves. Keep up the good work, and stay safe, warm, and healthy.
  20. Awesome news Charlie! God is so good! I miss your cartoon comments. Don't be a stranger. Again, great news and I am believing for a great 2022 for all of us!
