The inspiration behind ‘DAVE’ comes from our founder’s father David, a great source of inspiration at Løthur. This was a man who was seldom found without a cup of the ‘good stuff’ in hand (English breakfast tea) and was rarely seen out of his sacred space, the back garden. David grew giant lilies, creeping jasmine, tall sweet peas and vibrant iris flowers. DAVE opens with light, citrusy and fruity top notes, reminiscent of Darjeeling tea. It has a soft jasmine accord at its heart and is perfectly rooted with notes of assam and powdery iris root. 115g Net wt. 4 oz, Made in the UK

These came in yesterday....M1 and M2 aluminum plates. Above the Tie had a sale. These were in their Ugly bin. I took a chance on them and the only problem I see is a difference in the anodized color. Everything else looks great....for the price I'm real happy.
Just got PAA’s Oubliette soap and aftershave set (CK1) in the mail today. I am very happy to snag this set before it was discontinued.
Just received my Yaqi V3 TFC adjustable razor, Everything seems OK and gave it a quick cleaning and looks reasonable for the price point I paid. Always wanted a Gibbs adjustable razor but modifying blades did not appeal to me that much. Will take it out for a 1st use tomorrow, this one came with a stand that works great. Overall looking good so far, will take it through some testing tomorrow and for a few days next week. Have some great shaves!
This one really had me worried for a couple days. It originally shipped out of Ohio on January 27th and arrived in town on the 29th. Then for whatever reason the USPS decided to reroute it back into Ohio to go through a couple more sort centers in Cincinnati before it finally headed back to Des Moines. Luckily the seller did an awesome job of packaging and all of the extra miles of travel did no damage to this razor set which was a huge relief when it finally showed up on Wednesday as I was truly freaking out and imagining the worst. At $30 plus shipping this is one of my best deals ever, a NOS Schick Type F set. Copper dummy blade still intact...
Man o man. Sweeeet deal! Damn thats cool. Congrats! I remember a could of years ago getting a Type A Nos for $15. My best deal personally was my NOS diplomat for $40. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
