Unexpected Return to Single Blade

I have the privilege of trying out a Twig and Thorn by Leaf Razors. I am a long-time head and face shaver. I purchased a Leaf late last year and it quickly became my go-to head shaver. The great performance of the Leaf also won my wife over from cartridge razors. I have therefore been very curious to try the Twig and Thorn. Tonight I shaved with the Twig. I achieved DFS on the face and BBS on the dome. Comfortable mild razor. Very much looking forward to giving the Thorn a run on the Saturday Morning. Luxury Shave.

 

thank you Joe.to be honest none really.the balm does give a tightening feel but unsure if it's the caffeine or not..nice minty scent and decent post shave feel.not greasy and absorbs quickly.

 

I am familiar with Leaf razors because the company sponsors my favorite youtuber, IAMCDB aka Chris Bailey. The Thorn is more efficient than the Twig. Glad the shave went well Eric.

I decided to bust our the shavette this morning. It was the first time I used a Shavette in over a month. Yes, I predominantly use straights for a majority of my shaves. This morning was a nice change of pace.

I completed the usual three pass shave. Using a light touch, letting the ultra sharp blade do the work, I received Ann extremely choose and comfortable shave. I am getting ready to head out to take the missus to her eye doctor appointment and then to do some errands. A majority of last weeks snow is gone, however, with dropping temperatures icing may be a problem. Paul, @Paul Turner, are you prepared for another round of hefty snow? Stay safe my friend.
