    Greetings,

    Early Morning Shave,

Final shave of the week with the Supply Razor V2 ..The Supply razor has made a very pleasurable impression on me...It has exceeded my expectations for the quality of the shave it has provided, the design is superb looking as well....The Balance and weight enhance it's smooth effortless efficiency.....A very impressive superbly built razor which is a pleasure to shave with...Like my first shave with the Schick G type... I'm yet again swooned..... If i only had choose one razor to shave with then the Supply Razor V2 would be a very strong contender. But Like everyone else i like variety with my shave sets ups and will never stop using my DE razors. However, the Supply Razor V2, Schick G type & Parker injector will all be added to my razor rotation very frequently.

A enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report....Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

My face is feeling smooth cool, & smelling divine.;)

    soap: cella red
    brush: yaqi butterscotch
    razor: DE89
    blade: rapira
aftershave: alum block + terre d'hermes cologne

i started to like cella scent, i had no issue with the performance. but the scent was an issue :) if the weather is cold, i like my cella:)

my last 3 shaves was with BIC blade. they were amazing, smooth bbs shaves. but i guess i like to shave everyday. BIC shaves lasted 2days, didnt need to shave the day after. it looks like i like to have a close shave to last for 24hr :D

Excellent shave Tolga! When I use a straight or a shavette, I usually don't have to shave for 36 to 40 hr. It's great, but since I enjoy wetshaving, I wish I could shave much sooner. Lol!

Well I see another gentleman, whose name needs no mention, so I won't mention him, has joined the Throwback Thursday bandwagon. Mine was pretty good, for a canned sophisticated goo shave. Edge Gel is a classic TT(Happy 52nd birthday, fellas). Did another fine job on the cheeks&sideburns. North Porcupine was a bit tricky-don't know why. South might have been a little better, too, but is OK. Nice work down at Cactus Nation. The application of the Vetiver A.S. reminded me that it appears to be more of a spring/fall scent. Sorry, I keep forgetting, Monsieur Guerlain. Nice scent, that's a fact. No cuts, Knicks, polkadots. One pass. Most Excellent. Welcome to Throwback Thursday Danny. Oops, I just mentioned him.

    Good morning!

    Schick E3 Injector Razor
    Ted Pella Blade (2)
    JR Brush #386 Silvertip Badger
    Cella SS
    Stirling Spice AS
    Maggard's Alum Block
    Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    Beard Growth: 24.5 hrs

I decided to go with my Schick E-3 Injector as a change of pace. I really was disappointed with the Pella blades on my last use because I had to add more pressure and buffing to get a decent shave. Mind you with the Chicks, I didn't have a problem. So, I figured with less growth that I would get a nice and easier shave.
Again, keeping with my favorites theme, I decided to use my best brush and the almond scented Cella. Created a slick, low structure lather so that the razor would glide on my face effortlessly. Two passer gave me a close shave. I still had to buff, but not as much as I had done on previous shaves. I tweaked my technique and went across the grain on parts of my check during my ATG second pass.
I presently know that I can only use these blades to shave a 24 hr stubble. These blades are not sharp enough for my 30+ hr growth.
Would I buy these blades again? No siree Bob! Unfortunately, I have 18 more blades to use before I go back to the Chicks. The alum spoke to me so the shave was not as comfortable as I would like. Witch hazel and the matching aftershave was splashed to end this shave. Take care.

    Shavette Shave # 160

    Rating: 5 / 5

    Razor: RenRen Shavette
    Blade: Perma-Sharp
    Brush: Ever Ready 200T
Lather: Proraso Aloe and Vitamin E
    Aftershave: Floid Genuine
    Additional Care:
    Thayer’s Witch Hazel - Original

A wonderful Proraso shave this morning. The 200T whipped up a nice lather with just the right thickness, moderately thin, to allow the Shavette to do it job without incident. The post shave involved the witch hazel and Floid aftershave which has left my face feeling fantastic.

I hope you all have a great day gentlemen.
