Any Saturday is fine with me.

 

I just want to say that I have been going to the gym 7 days/week for the last few weeks. I usually do 3 weight days in which one day is full body and the other 2 days are splits. Today, I hit 2 milestones, I did a second full body workout with weights within 2 days. Now, that I can do 2 full body weight sessions in a week, it will allow me to take a day or two off while still getting the same amount of work completed. Moreover, I hurt my shoulder six months ago and it's almost healed. I was able to do 2 sets of one arm military presses with dumbells. I broke my record of increasing the weight by 2.5 lbs. I still need to be careful because I don't need to reinjure my shoulder. I just want to say that it is important to exercise, especially at my age.

 

It could help, I suppose.

Had a nice evening shave. Cella gives a nice, slick lather for the Dovo Special to slide nicely. Danny's brush @Hembree always does a great job making lather. Two passes without touchups gave me a nice, close and comfortable shave. Did reopen a micro weep on the stache area that was from a previous shave. There wasn't any stinging or zinging from the alum block. Finished with the witch hazel treatment and followed by the Old Spice aftershave. Good night guys!

Prep: Warm shower:/Asda Sea Salt & Fennel Extract 2 in1 Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Simple Pure Bar Soap.
Brush: Lider Turkish Boar.
Face Lather.
Lather: Derby Soap Bowl.
Blade: Ted Pella PTFE SS. (D9)
Razor: Gem Featherweight.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Arko Comfort AS-Cologne+ASB.

Early Morning Shave,

Last out of the Ted Pella PTFE SS. This remarkable blade still feels smooth, but I'm going to retire it as 9 shaves from one blade is more than sufficient for me....What more can i ask for?

Another wonderful performance from the humble Derby shaving soap which always provides a slick acceptable lather.

Finishing my shaving week off in style with the Gem Featherweight which performed wonderfully cutting through my stubble effortlessly.

A Enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of Arko Comfort ASB.

My face is feeling smooth cool, & smelling divine.
