    Today is the last shave of the month so I wanted to end it with one of my favorite setups.
    I just like Angora's Lavender soap. It lathers well with a great amount of slickness and the scent is just awesome.
    Dud a 2 pass shave with pickups on my neck for a nice, close shave. However, on my first pass, I got a microdot weep directly under my nose tip because I landed a little to fast. Yeah, I should know better! Lol! The styptic pen fixed it right up. Did my usual postshave ritual to end this nice shave. I have 690 open blade shaves and on my way to 700. Presently, I have 347 straight and 343 shavette shaves. So I should hit this milestone this upcoming month. Have a nice evening!

    Thanks Gary. I am not there yet. I need 3 straight and 7 shavette shaves to hit 700. I try to keep my straight totals and shavette totals the same when I hit a milestone. My 1000th open blade shave will be some time late next year. It will be 500 straights and 500 shavette shaves completed at that time.
