Razor: Gem Featherweight 1st generation- Mfg 1950-52, 2nd gen 1953-54, excellent tame mid range, very enjoyable shave, built to last. 1 OZ approximately.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(3) Very sharp, great longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap: Razorock XXX - nice fresh scent when dried down with excellent lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi Cavern lake 24mm tuxedo knot, excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips, nice scrubber + great lather painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock XXX with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion + scentless.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my Gem Feather weight with a coated Gem blade.

Prep: Warm shower:/Asda Sea Salt & Fennel Extract 2 in1 Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Simple Pure Bar Soap.
Brush: Yaqi 24mm Naples Tuxedo Synthetic.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl : Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather: Proraso Sensitive Shave Cream.
Blade: RK Stainless. ( D3)
Razor: Parker 87r.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Dana English Leather ASL./Morrisons Aloe Moisture Lotion.

Early morning shave,

The third outing was the acid test for the RK Stainless blade of which it still felt smooth with an efficient edge mowing down my stubble with ease.

The Proraso Sensitive shave cream is such a wonderful performer and creates a rich protective lather with only a small amount giving a great protective slickness and leaving a excellent post shave feel.

A enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of Morrisons Aloe Moisture Lotion.

My face is feeling silky smooth & smelling divine.

I had twelve smooth shaves from the first blade. I think I could have gotten more, but I decided not to push it. This shave was excellent, my face feels smooth and comfortable.

The Tabac Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #217 Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Enders Speed Frankenshaver with an Enders Speed Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Although I rarely use creams these days there are certain ones that I still enjoy very much and this Palmolive Menthol from Italy is one of them. Its lovely minty scent, the thick, rich, slick lather, the strong menthol sensation, and the soothing, gentle skincare make this cream very special to me. The Prep felt so cooling, moisturizing, and soothing on my skin, the Bergamot Vetiver aftershave from Henri et Victoria (made by a Canadian artisan who lives two hours away from me) smells so nice and has lots of menthol in it, and the Bleu de Chanel is my number one favourite fragrance. The King C. Gillette blade is pretty well finished but it still gave me one last hoorah with a great three pass BBS shave!
