Man oh man oh man, I’m absolutely frozen from this Glacial Citron soap and aftershave. The scent is beautiful - it’s a blend of lemon, grapefruit, along with some tangerine, the lather works up so easily, it’s rich and super slick, the menthol sensation is off the charts, and the skincare is perfect. Needless to say the Prep soothed, moisturized, and kept the chill going in my face while the Glacial Citron aftershave brought the freeze to another level. Not even a professional barber could have shaved me better than this!

The C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream lathered well with the Semogue Owners Club Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 3D Injector Razor with a Black Label Injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Good morning Jeff.

For the first pass, I would rate it around 3 but for the second pass, it increases to a six or seven. I only need two passes for a BBS shave so cannot comment on if it can make your eyes water. I like the use of Koolado instead of menthol crystals.

 

MMMonday, March 21st 2022, ASRazor shave this morning, Thought I would use the Everready 1914 this morning because of it's patent date March 24th that I seem to forget that day or not using a ASR that day.

Razor: Everready 1914 (AKA, Little Lather Catcher, LLC)Mfg 1914-17, excellent mid range with great audio feed back & a pleasure to use + mostly care free shaving IMO.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(5) very sharp, great longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap: Ach Brito Lavanda cream, mild scent of lavender + excellent lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi 24mm Dandelion cashmere synthetic, excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle scrubber + excellent painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups + razor(testing).
Post shave: Ach Brito Lavanda with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturising lotion(Scentless)
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers=Excellent shave with my ER 1914 with a coated Gem blade.
