Prep: Warm shower:/Asda Sea Salt & Fennel Extract 2 in1 Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Simple Pure Bar Soap.
Brush: Fine 24mm Synthetic.
Face Lather.
Lather: HWF Lanolin Shaving Soap. (no.3)
Blade: Dorco Prime Platinum. (D3)
Razor: 1960's Gillette Slim Twist.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse./ Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./P&G Old Spice Bearglove ASL Spray./Wilko Men's Moisturiser.

Early Morning Shave,

Last outing of the Dorco Prime Platinum which which has performed wonderfully with each shave. Today yet again, was no exception....This is my favourite blade from the Dorco camp.
The 1960's slim twist was my first vintage Gillette DE razor which was kindly passed on to me by a friend of the family when i first started de shaving. I've said this on many occasions, it still amazes me that 50 year + vintage razor can still shave so smoothly.

A enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of Nivea Men Fresh Kick ASB.

My face is feeling smooth cool, & smelling divine.

The Van Der Hagen Luxury Shave Soap lathered well with the Semogue Owners Club Boar Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 3D Injector Razor with a Black Label Injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Cella ASB. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This was the coldest shave I’ve had in a while and one of the BEST. My dear friend Fernando, may God bless him and grant him good health and success made this soap and aftershave for me and they’re both a perfect substitute for the discontinued Glacial Wintergreen from Stirling. This is also a tallow based soap and it has the exact same beautiful wintergreen scent as Rod’s, it’s such a pleasure to lather, the menthol sensation is believe it or not even STRONGER than the Glacial Wintergreen, and the skincare is perfect. The Prep balm went on with so much moisturizing as well as soothing along with its own special cooling effect, and the Wintergreen aftershave has no stinging or burning sensation because it’s witch hazel based - be careful when you use it because the menthol power from it can make Barrister & Mann’s Arctique feel warm. Three passes left me completely BBS. Because this soap and aftershave were custom made for me there are no labels on the containers and I would love to see them on the market because they’re both a menthol monkey’s dream come true. What a delightful shave this was!

DE SOTD, March 24th 2022

Razor: Razorock 2nd Gen Lupo.72- Mfg 2021> excellent mid range, great design, QC excellent and I receive excellent results 95%> of the time.
Blade: Gillette silver blue(3) top tier blade, sharp & smoooth with reasonable longevity. Very balanced blade for sharpness & smoothness right on shave #1 > 4-5 shaves for myself.
Soap: Ogallala Bayrum & sandal wood(some clove) nice scent with great lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi Robin 24mm boar, excellent lather generator, soft split end boar bristles, nice scrubber + great painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera Gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups.
Post shave: Witch hazel face cleanse + Ogallala Bayrum with Sandal wood + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizer lotion(scentless).
Results: CCS, DFS, BBS + no irritation + 1 weeper=excellent shave with my RR Lupo.72 with a GSB blade.

very cool Jim..both my brother and another close friend have black labs.both destroyed their houses,furniture and many other items during their 2 year puppy period.both had obedience training,which helped a little..good luck..

lot's of walks in big fields..the destruction is less when they are tired out..

I'm aware. Sadly, he doesn't tire as easily as I do at my age.

he will be a loyal companion..hide all your shoes..walls and wooden doors won't stop them..they are a rambunctious breed in their early stages,i have lots of stories..
