thank you Joe.adjustable gillettes are fine razors and are an iconic piece of history.i like the 1940s era of gillette the most..
I enjoy my RazoRock brushes which have Plissoft knots, they are very soft so maybe I could enjoy the Cashmere knots! I'm mildly curious about Mühle synthetics and the Simpsons Trafalgar T2 as well. Great shave, Joe! Thanks Joe, cold water shaves are great, especially after a hot sauna!
Geez, only 12 brushes! I definite shave a B.A.D. I have 38 brush currently in the den. Here are the numbers: Boars: 13 Badgers: 7 Badger/Boar: 1 Synthetics: 16 Horsehair: 1 I had to resist pulling the trigger on one I came across today. I guess I could have used the excuses that I now have a new den to set up in Florida. Now I have to decide which brushes, razors and software will leave the northern den for the new southern den.
Gary , you just made Paul, @Paul Turner, happy with you presentation of the Sandpiper. Very nice shave.
Thank you Daniel. I have the Simpson T2. It is a wonderful knot that lathers well and is soft on the face.
i moved along a bunch of restored vintage brushes a while back.at least 10.kept the favorites of course.
Glad to hear! It seems to be the best option for now, as I can buy one from a finnish vendor, fast shipping and easiest to deal with in case of returns and such.
Simpson brushes have a good reputation. All things considered, I believe that would be your best option Daniel.
