Shave 18/30, with more cheating! I used a small dab of both the Palmolive and Proraso green creams, to get a bit of that wonderful cooling sensation. The combination worked well, and I got another comfortable shave. Had to pick a bristle off my face though.

    Have a great day, gentlemen!

Thanks, Joe! I'll have to figure out a theme for next month that isn't quite as restrictive. Variety makes shaving more fun.

The traditional theme for next month is May Mayhem. It is supposed to be an opportunity where a shaver would shave with something other than a traditional razor. A former member glued a blade onto an ice cream stick and shaved with it. There were other crazy creative contraptions as well. I am not going to ask anyone to pull stuff that's insane because I want everyone to be safe when shaving. I am leaning towards a Mid-Tier May theme in which you only use items that are not low budget, but not high end as well. It will be the first time this thread will not have May Mayhem and I am OK with it. However, I'll see what else I can think of for next month's theme.

I remember seeing some of the crazy contraptions, entertaining to say the least! I might do one slightly more experimental shave, perhaps using something unconventional as lather, if I feel like it. No popsicle sticks for me though, I do not have the skills for open blades. I think my Game Changer is as close to that as I want to get.

Mid-tier could be a good theme.

A real nice shave this morning...the 2nd pass helped me erase some errors in the first(like "erasing whiskers"). Razorock does just that-it ROCKS. I find that Gold is among the easiest soap for me to load. Just JUMPS onto the brush. No Cuts, Knicks, or Polkadots. I killed off that area I missed yesterday, North Central Cactus Nation(just below the jawline). The PS aftershave is a little tricky in pouring it out-just a little bit in your cupped hand is enough. Paul Sebastian came up with a great A.S. Outta This World Excellent.

Fantastic shave Paul! Razorock definitely does a nice job with producing a nice, slick lather.

Thanks Daniel-I figued I was home free with the triple zeroes(No cuts, No Knicks, No Polkadots-a polkadot being a glorified Knick). Great way to begin the week :).

Thank you Joe...,I would sayy there are some Rocks you neeed to work harder to get that nice lather(the 3x-milleed), but in the end you end up pleased.

i agree on the rust issues.i would love a 60s ford cortina or escort, but most are dust or twisted, non existant in the western world in comparison.:):eatdrink047:
