Great adjustable shave, Joe! I shaved the noggin with my Supply Pro Adjustable this morning. The new Supply Seki Black blades are pretty good.

Another fabulous early morning shave and commentary, Barry! Hope you enjoyed your green tea this morning, my friend! Unlike many Yanks, I prefer China Black tea in the morning over coffee. SWMBO lives on black coffee. Enjoy your day!

Very pleasant shave today! I like this Fatip so much, I plan on shaving with it till Friday.

Pre-shave hot washcloth held on face after washing face. Taylors of Old Bond Street Herbal Pre-shave gel. Feather blade 4th use in the Fatip open comb slant-bar razor. I used Captain's Choice "Italia" whipped with my Simpson Trafalgar T3 brush.

I could have gotten by with a 2-pass shave but went for 3-pass because it was so enjoyable! This razor really tamed the Feather blade and made the shave with it so smooth! I did nick myself a tiny spot on my chin but, nothing the alum bar couldn't handle. I did get a little burn but, it is prolly due to this being the 4th shave with that blade. I will try a different blade tomorrow. This is now one of my favorite razors! It delivered a very close shave!

Finished with a dab of balm and Pinaud "Clubman"(man, I love that scent!)

It really is not even as aggressive as the Muhle R41 IMHO. Very pleasant razor to use. Left me really smooth.

I seem to like the more aggressive razors. I see that you use your adjustable wide open (setting of 9). I am thinking about trying that myself now.

I would call it efficient instead of aggressive. Fantastic razor, an instant favorite for me.

    Shavette Shave # 165

    Rating: 5 / 5

    Razor: Parker SRX
    Blade: Perma-Sharp
    Brush: Ever Ready 200T
Lather: Los Jabones de Joserra Gredos
Aftershave: Los Jabones de Joserra Gredos
    Additional Care:
    Stirling Alum Block

I have been super busy in the Southern Villa getting it somewhat ready for the arrival of the missus early Tuesday morning. Plenty to do.

This mornings shave, the next to last with the Gredos as the Edmund Fitzgerald has taken on copious amounts of water. I will have plenty of aftershave of the Gredos left to enjoy this scent with some of my scent challenged soaps such as Williams, MWF, Arko and Palmolive.

I received a super close shave with the Parker SRX. Unfortunately, a couple of weepers decided to show up after the second pass. The alum took care of that issue in the post shave.

Well I hope you all have a great day.
