Shaving recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/Asda Sea Salt & Fennel Extract 2 in1 Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Chantry Lavender Goat's Milk Bar Soap.
Brush: Yaqi Sagrada Familia 24mm Synthetic.
Face Lather.
Lather: Tabac Original Shaving soap.
Blade: Chinese Gillette Super Blue. (D3)
Razor: Jagen David B30.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse./ Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.3 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Superdrug Forest Fresh ASL./Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

Early Morning Shave,

Last use of the Chinese Gillette Super Blue which has performed wonderfully throughout the week.

The J.D. B30 is another Chinese super-speed clone that was kindly passed on to me, another razor i haven't used much like the Baili BD177 i used in my previous SOTD ,it has a good weight & balance to it, the moving parts are all in smooth working order with no uneven blade alignment or aggression gap difference. Another great every day shaver.

It's been a while since i last used the Tabac shaving soap and forgot how much a wonderful slick protective lather this classic soap creates.

A enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

My face is feeling smooth cool, & smelling divine.

A wonderful "4711" themed shave set up....I love the 'burnt orange fragrance' i like to pair my '4711 AS/Cologne with The OSP neroli shaving soap which unfortunately is also discontinued.

Solid Shave
I used the Supply cream and marble bowl for the first time today. The bowl feels great in my hand and helps to quickly whip up the lather. I almost always face lather, but I could get used to this. The cream made thick lather with plenty of residual slickness for touch ups. The scent is a pleasant lavender and eucalyptus.

The De Vergulde Hand Shaving Soap lathered well with the SlimGem 3D Printed Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Schick H Hussy with a Personna Injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lustray Spice After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This cheap as dirt Junjie razor is definitely impressing and satisfying me - there’s no doubt about it that it’s very mild but it’s so efficient. This Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole is not only a gorgeous looking brush, it’s one hell of a lather maker. The Blueness stick is from Turkey, it’s got a very nice scent which is completely different from the Arko stick, it’s a pleasure to lather up with, and it’s very skin friendly. I believe it’s aimed at the younger generation in Turkey and I heard that it’s becoming very popular. The CutiBase moisturizer is unscented, and it seems to work very well as a balm, and the Max Disinfecting aftershave stings like a bugger for a second or two but then it feels so good and soothing - it’s scent is nice but it never disrupts the lovely fragrance of the Bleu de Chanel. Three passes gave me a cracking good BBS shave that I really enjoyed!

Razor : Razorock Lupo.72 2nd Generation- Mfg 2021> Excellent mid range, great design of clamping and under the nose reaching, made of 316 stainless steel & a very enjoyable shave this morning with excellent results.
Blade : Personna red (3) sharp & smooth with great longevity. Top tier for myself!
Soap : Yaqi Musketeer rapier croap, nice scent with excellent lather qualities. The scent is addicting I'm finding.
Brush : Yaqi Deep stones 24mm synthetic, excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips, good scrubber, excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Musketeer rapier AS (excellent scent) with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless)
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my RR Lupo.72 with a Personna red.
