    Yesterday's Shave

    Yaqi artist club head.
    Yaqi stainless steel handle.
    Feather Super Pro blade (fresh).
    Yaqi synthetic brush.
    Lakewood Soap Company Smokeberry shave soap.
    Yaqi ceramic shave bowl.
    Cremo Bourbon and Oak EdT.

    I decided to change things up a little and brought out the Yaqi A/C razor. It does an excellent job and is fun to drive.

    I spent most of the day yesterday with my wife at a few local antique malls. I did score a few razors and a puck of old Colgate. The icing on the cake was a slightly used, excellent shape Fat Boy for $5.95. :happy108: I'll post some pictures later on today when I get time.

    Excellent score on the hunt Danny. My wife does not like antiques so this would have to be something I might have to do myself. She does not want other peoples discarded “junk”.

    I did get nice shaves with this razor when I used tamer blades like a Shark. I decided that I was doing well with the other razors I had tried with a Feather. I got cocky! LOL
    The Parker is a nice razor. I now have 2 slant razors and am looking at others! I like them! I was looking at the Fatip il Piccolo Storto Slant Open-Comb too. Doya think it's the same head as the Fatip Lo Storto open comb slant? Could be just a slimmer handle. Tempting tho...

    I can’t comment on the Slant aspect, but used to enjoy shaving with my Fatip Piccolo. Back in 2008 Muhle’s first R41 was a relabeled Piccolo.

    Thank you Jeff. This "Shaving Soap In A Puck"(my quotes)works well, but I'd still rather have shaving SOAP in the thing.
