Awesome shave this morning with an ATT, Soap Commander and a Razorock 400 synthetic brush. I'm sorry I have not been involved lately. I have a couple wanting to move a home in behind us on their propery that does not join me and they are wanting to use my gravel driveway. They moved heavy equipment in Saturday using my driveway without permission (I was out of town). I talked with my attorney today and I do not have to give them access. After the way he talked to me Monday afternoon he is definitely not getting access for anything. People just take for granted that they can do what ever they want. Take care everyone!
Great shave Danny. That's a terrible situation. The nerve of that heavy equipment company using your driveway to gain access to the I other property and then giving you a hard time as well. You would think they would survey the area a few days before they get to the job so that if they need to ask another property owner about gaining access to another property adjacent to the job site.
I talked with the owner of the equipment.....very nice. He thought everything was cleared up before he came up the driveway. He is caught in the middle and it is not his fault. He has shut down and has not moved since Monday at 11:00 AM. The woman's grandmother lives directly behind us and uses our driveway and has for years. Her granddaughter just took it for granted that they could use the driveway as well to access property next to her grandmother. My attorney said that I did not have to give them access and that is what I was thinking. They should have come to me first and maybe we could have worked something out but the women's husband has showed his backside and has burnt that bridge. Take care.
