  1. So, you had a great finish to the month! I am feeling pretty good about my shaves now (don't get too cocky, mister or next you will cut yerself!) I am doing better at getting really close without the cuts/nicks. I do still get a little burn on occasion. I am surprised that I got no burn this morning! I used a blade for the 6th shave! I had to go over areas more than normal so, I expected I was going to feel the burn but, I didn't! That blade will get tossed now. I just had to see how far I could push it!

  3. A great frankensoap Gary...I like mixing up my shave stick endings & remaining soaps to make up frankensoaps. They make a superb soap.

  5. Awesome shave Hogie. Although I like to go full throttle on my adjustables, I have gotten excellent shaves on #7 setting. Clubman Classic aftershave is a great barbershop scent. Enjoy your day.

  9. Excellent barbershop shave Joe.

I goofed, getting my days mixed up. For some reason, all week, I had tomorrow’s date as the barbershop shave day in the FB group. Oh well, I will do it tomorrow.
  10. Very nice shave. I hope you had an enjoyable trip.
  11. Thank you Daniel
  12. Excellent shave Daniel.
  13. Thank you Joe
  14. Thanks Joe. You have a busy life with family and projects so I can understand it. My life is unencumbered with the trappings of being a responsible citizen that it is much easier for me to remember upcoming events which are few and far between. Lol!
  15. Great shave kit, Tolga!
  16. Thank you Joe. He is doing the Brazilian-Jujitsu which I am assuming is the Gracie method.

He has progressed since last June when he started. I just wants to keep him active to curb the weight gain. We have been successful in that area as he has basics stayed the same weight while getting taller for the past year.
He has a tournament, his second, coming up in June. Should be fun.
  17. Thank you Gary.
  18. A live and learn type shave Paul. I like to put a little water on my hand and rub it across my face and neck between me passes. It serves two purposes, first it wets the face a little prior to application of the lather. Second, probably even more important, I get some tactile feedback on the areas shaves. Which did well and which areas I need to pay more attention on the next pass.

Gove it a try. It might help minimizing the occurrence of missed areas.
  19. Very nice Tolga. I have an Arko tub in my southern Villa. I just pick up several Arko sticks for my northern dwelling whic sound arrive in serval days.
  20. Wonderful collaboration/Frankensoap shave Gary.
