    Sounds good, Ken! Looking forward to your posts! The greatest regret I’ve had in this hobby was selling my L’Essor Le Supreme Adjustable despite getting an unbelievable price!     Despite the nicks, very nice shave Hogie. I find that when I am on autopilot nicks have a tendency to pop up. We all know less pressure is the key for a bloodless shave, but sometimes unwittingly we slightly add more pressure and that's when things happen.

    I think you will enjoy it. Light pressure is necessary when you use that razor.

    Let's hope so! Some people online say that the Game Changer .84 JAWS, which I have, is more aggressive than the R41. I can finally see for myself if that is the case!

    Maybe I'll drop the Super Speed from my blade testing project, and use the R41 & my Fatip slant. Then I could have a Modern May theme. I'm not patient enough to wait for a month or longer to get to know the razor!

    My problem is that I like to fel the blade so, sometimes I do push it. With a Feather or even the Parker blades, I don't press because the "feel" is there. The switch to the Gillette blade was drastic in terms of feel. They glided much easier. But, I still won't bad mouth the Parker blades. I liked the "feel" they gave me of the blade. Maybe Gillette is sharper???

    I really like the Fatip Slant open comb I have. I will have to try to fit it in this month. I also have the Fatip open comb Olive wood handle razor coming today. The Razorine Flatboy will be here tomorrow.
