    I have seen many of Jeff's straight razors because he uses one every day. I have seen a few of yours as well. All the vintage stuff looks really nice. I stopped to see if my cousin has my grandpa's razors but, he was not home. I currently have only 3 vintage razors and all 3 are Gillette. From the 1950s except for my Slim which is 1967

    Thanks Daniel, it did have its positive factors. I'll work on the Clubman brush to make it look wider for next time.

    mixing it up a bit with a seldom used set up for my day off.
    fabulous gillette 1960's Sun Up dupe lather built with Jim's brush,
    fine 2 passer with the lovely sheraton/nacet combo.
    matching splash to finish.

    i highly doubt your brush had anything to do with the shave,unless it didn't put lather on the area to be shaved..;).smear something slippery on your face with your hand then shave with it.it should work just fine..;)

    Gillette vintage razors add class and style to anyone's den. I have the Redtip, the Fatboy and the Slim.

    thank you Joe..sadly it's shellac coating is deteriorating on the doors.so i use it infrequently. it may just become a display piece.:):eatdrink047:
