I have done yoga when I was younger. In recent years, there are too many elements I can’t do, but I have taken chair yoga classes (offered by my union of retired teachers.) Hopefully, in-person classes will resume in the fall, but I still practice at home. With recent stresses, I have added a little meditation, using a Tibetan singing bowl for focus. It does help me clear my head & relax. Do any of you practice in any way?
That's something I need to do more of. (or is it "more of which I need to do"?). Anyway, I took a beginner yoga class at my gym, which got sold out. I enjoyed it, except for that dreaded downward dog. I should do some of the classes at the Senior Center here.
I don't think getting off the floor counts as yoga, but watching your ice melt in the glass may help in meditation.
