I thought about a Sandor razor in the past. I think I will refrain from ordering any more custom razors. I have enough restoration to do to fill the den.

Sorry about the difficulty lathering with the soap. For future reference, send you “crap” soaps to Joe, @Trigger, as he has frequently stated that he does not like to discard soaps no matter how “crappy” they perform for him. Joe, @Trigger,

 

Although it looks like I don't have a heavy beard, I am in the same boat as you. I am good to shave 2 out of 3 days. If I am not working, going to a singles event or church, then I can go a full 2 day.

 

We have it here too(Boston area).

 

That sounds like me! Last night's shave, I had put the lather from my soap bowl into my lather bowl which was in the sink and I was about to do the whipping. But, first I had to rinse off my hands....I ran more water into my lather bowl! I had to start over and pour out the soup I created. Can't shave with soapy water....action before engaging brain here. LOL

Nice shave Paul. Again, I can't emphasize enough that you can go back to the areas you missed before you put your razor away for the day. It's not 2 passes and call it a day. If you need 3 or four passes to get a clean shave all around than do so.

yes.i believe so.was really inexpensive at the time,but new on the market.one could get the green,blue and one other.it was before their more recent packaging ei gold,black etc.

 

Well, as you know, I've done that a couple times, but this morning, I had no reason to think anything needed a do-over until well after the shave. I'll focus on that area tomorrow, as well as doing do-overs DURING or right after the shave;

 

Nice shave Gary. I am surprised that the RR soap didn't perform. I had never had a problem with RR.

I used to use that, problem is it never really left a polish like barbicide

Lol! Sorry, I only deal with my own crappy soaps. You guys can do what you want with yours, but don't send them to me. Lol!
