I too drink way to much coffee! I have some teas but, I have yet to try them. Herbals...( ginger/orange/peach blend, Avena Dream, and Genmaicha tea) all loose leaf samples sent to me. I should dig out my tea ball.

Then it's definetly good to pass on the coffee! Green tea is great. I usually drink loose leaf green tea in the mornings, black later during the day. I use an infuser that goes straight in the mug. Looks kind of like a weird strainer.

Now that I'm going camping, I'll only take teabags with me.

I live in a country which consumes the most coffee per capita, it's almost like a national sport!

Genmaicha sounds fantastic!

Early morning shave, late afternoon post. I had a busy morning following my X3Bar workout, shower and shave. More on the shave later in the post.
SWMBO had tasked me with preparing forward for a bridal shower at her job later in the afternoon. As a result, I made a half tray of both Penne alla Vodka and Chicken Marsala. After the completion of the preparation I had to deliver the goodies to her school. The drive was approximately 45 minutes each way.

This morning’s shave featured the JR Torrey and the PAA Meta Nectar. The scent of the soap is as follows: “A complex blend of Orange Blossom, Honey, and Vanilla; manly and mystical. Other supporting notes include: Palmarosa, Gurjum Balsam, Patchouli, Bergamot & Cedarwood.”. I do not reach for this soap as often as I should. I just love this scent.

Another fine three pass shave. Post shave revealed a relatively silent alum report. My face felt smooth and irritation free. Chalk up another great shave in the books.
