I betcha if this was the 1930's or 40's no one would have these allergies. I mean, this must be a "New Wave" thing.

I just work right from the puck. My bathroom is too small to store bowls of shaving soap/cream. Actually, the one I'll use tomorrow is pretty hard-Razorock Lime Burst, so this is good advice heading into tomorr9w, and then the MWF next week.

    SE Shave # 266 - JustOneJulySoap - Weekdays

    Rating: 5 / 5

    Razor: Ever-Ready 1912 SE
    Blade: GEM Stainless
Brush: Big Cyprass 24mm Silver Tip
Lather: Blackship Grooming Company La Concorde
Aftershave: Black Ship Grooming Co. La Concorde
    Additional Care:
    Stirling Alum Block
    Humphreys Cucumber Melon Witch Hazel
    Stirling Unscented Glacial Balm

Another fabulous shave. I decided to get the straights a day off. The Ever Ready 1912 is a fine razor and delivers a smooth and comfortable shave. That being said, I decided to bin the blade following this shave.

Another nice day that has two rounds of company coming over to enjoy the pool. Nothing wrong with nice weather and kids frolicking in the pool.

ihope you all have an enjoyable day.

Very nice story. It is a shame that greed always seems to rear it’s ugly head.

Well shaved the 5th time on the same Derby Extra VDH 9/10

Lathering is my biggest issue. It takes the most time and work. I might try distilled water next time.

thank you Joe.:)they are all fun.some more than others.it's fun to pick up something rare and 80+ years old and it works like it's new,and as intended.one of the best aspects of my vintage gillette hobby.never been into unusable antiques.i regard techs as daily drivers albiet vintage ones.i am extra careful with my rare to me brits.while they must be used, they must be looked after also.:):eatdrink047:
