Yeah, but you said it's available in some Walmart stores. It's not. Just making sure people know it is not affiliated with Walmart other than a third party selling it on their website. Some people don't like dealing with third-party sellers in case there are any issues and in third party seller online purchases, it can't just be returned to the local Walmart store for a refund.
it would depend on the item or fault.90% of returns in my line of work are "i changed my mind" or buyers remorse.if i purchased $100 work of product for $17 i would also be suspect of something-clearance,discontinued,etc.
