Great straight razor shave Ken. I knew that you were going to do well with straight shaving. It's like riding a bike. You don't forget.
Thanks Joe. It's going to be in the 90's for the rest of the week. I might just keep it out for the next couple of shaves.
That's my plan......5 weekdays of various cold stuff, which may include the Wet The Face Lemon Ice if it gets here.
@Paul Turner does the "shake and bake" at Piggly Wiggly in Aisle 13. I guess that makes him a cook too.
Just feels that way. Course I was using some Clubman items along with it-let's see how it feels with a colder bodywash.
Zingari Man just came up with some Bundle Specials. (E-mail sent to me). Might well look into this in the future.
I understand that Razorock XXX (RED) scent is similar to Stirling Piacenza and I find Piacenza to be a Spring/Summer soap.
Phoenix Accoutrements Aluminum Ascension razor head. Razorock UFO stainless steel handle. Feather blade (fresh). Razorock 400 Plissoft synthetic brush. Fine Accoutrements Snake Bite soap. Timeless Razor shave bowl. Royal Copenhagen cologne. No shaves this weekend and the PAA Ascension is on deck this week. The Ascension does a great job and I have to admit that I like it better than the Grand Shave King. It is a little more efficient and not near as mild. I hope everyone has had a great Monday.
One July -- One Humankind Razor: The Wining Razor Blade: Shark Super Stainless Brush: WCS synthetic Soap: Eleven -- Barbershop A/S: Skin Bracer Manufactured by Yates Precision and sold by Wet Shaving Club, the Winning razor is a wonderful, inexpensive stainless steel razor. Unfortunately, WSC will not continue selling them. I owned one a year ago and traded it. When I learned production ceased and went on sale a few weeks ago I purchased a replacement. 1. because it is a great razor, and 2. I wanted to try my hand at polishing it. Yesterday I went to work using wet/dry sandpaper in 400-600-1200-2000 grit then finished with Maas polish. Took about 2 hours by hand. Outside surfaces only. It is no Wolfman finish, but I am quite pleased with it.
