Since I had a great shave with this setup, I decided to go with it again. The only change in th lineup is the brush and a fresh blade. I figure that this mini heat wave is a great time to continue to use my Cryogen soap. The freeze is quite exhilarating. The only con is that it doesn't produce volumes of lather, but it makes up for it in slickness as long as it is hydrated. Here's the lather shot:


I had enough lather for 3 passes and more.

The Winner blade waa so sharp that I could have called the shave done. However,I did 2.5 passes for an errorless BBS shave. The alum feedback was minimal and the witch hazel felt nice. Finished with the AQ aftershave. This shave was quite enjoyable. Take care.

Power outage for the afternoon....on and off throughout. Knocked me off the computer twice.

 

I like calamari.

 

For the Wet Shave product, Don sent me a note suggesting I put the soap in the refrig for 30 minutes before opening it up(due to the heat). It's ready to go now. At first sniff, hard to say which is colder, that one or Stoylin Glacial(Sheep).

 

I guess you will find out soon enough.

 

Guess so. You can't go wrong with the words "Frozen" and "Ice" for the same soap.

It was a hot and stormy night on the South Carolina coast. The razor had some teeth, but the Shark super stainless gave a smooth shave.
