What a pity that this Glacial Eskimo Tuxedo soap was discontinued because I think it’s magnificent just like all the Glacials and all of Rod’s other soaps - the scent is so beautiful, the tallow formula gives it such fantastic lather with so much slickness, the menthol sensation is killer cold, and the skincare is perfect. The Prep and the Rubby Dubby Doo were a great finish. Three passes left me mega BBS - a most delightful shave!

If this setup doesn’t freeze your face off then nothing will - trust me when I tell you that we’re dealing with some major menthol. Fernando’s Frosted Lavender soap and aftershave have the most gorgeous lavender scent that I ever experienced, the soap’s tallow formula promotes some of the thickness, richest, slickest lather I ever put on my face, the menthol sensation easily competes with any of the Stirling Glacials, and the skincare is perfect. The Prep gave me lots of additional postshave love, and the Frosted Lavender aftershave with its witch hazel formula went on with no burning or stinging - not only that, it’s mega frigid and its delightful scent lasts all day. Three passes left me ultra BBS but soon this Wilkinson Sword blade will be kaput. Still, I’m very pleased with this shave!

Not a Grand Freeze but still a very chilly setup for this morning - this is one of the versions of Ingram from Egypt which has pretty much the same nice old school minty kind of barbershop scent as the discontinued UK cream as well as the same super rich, slick lather but the menthol sensation is definitely stronger, and the skincare is pretty good. Thanks to the Prep I had lots of additional moisturizing, cooling, and soothing, while the Floid Vigoroso aftershave went on icy cold along with its lovely scent that lasts all day. Two passes sufficed for an excellent BBS shave that I really enjoyed!

I appear to be on a Menthol Monday roll...Wet The Face Frozen Lemon Ice did the shave job for me today.

Am I ever frozen to the max - this setup really did a number on my face. The Glacial Electric Sheep is the first and only mutton tallow based Glacial soap - do I ever love it. The scent is so beautiful - it’s lemon mixed with citronella and eucalyptus just like the regular version, it gives awesome lather that’s so rich, slick, and protective, the menthol sensation is killer cold, and the skincare is perfect. The Prep and the Snake Bite aftershave provided lots of additional icy cold postshave care. Lately I’m really loving the Brut’s scent - the wife ain’t too crazy about it though. Three passes left me smoother than a glass table top!

I got a pretty nice freeze muhself, with Stoylin Mentha-scrub in the shower(to prepare for the shave), then Wet The Face Frozen Lemon Ice for the shave.
