fabulous creed viking inspired shave today.
the gold rocket making it's quarterly appearance performed perfectly.
as you gents probably know by now i am not a big gold razor fan
but this one is somewhat rare and in great shape.
rhodium was the common precious metal on brit gillettes,
at least for a short time.stopped around 1960.

Today I elected to put a nice blade in the MMOC. The shave was extremely close, however, I knew before I rubbed the alum block on my face that there would be a significant report. I even had a report with just water on the face. I did manager to get a few delayed weepers.

Five hours later, my face is still extremely smooth. I love the scent of the Darkfall. It is a perfect scent for the upcoming months of the year but I love to use it year round.

Ah, that first shave with a fresh SE blade. I too love my Micromatics but, I gotta burn thru some of my DE blades! LOL

I think the only gold one I have is the 1930's New Model open comb (Long Comb). I may be using that this week!
