Now the wait.......the anticipation is killing me.

Feather snapped blade (fresh).
Razorock 400 Plissoft synthetic brush.
Mitchell’s Wool Fat soap.
Timeless Razor shave bowl.
Royal Copenhagen cologne.

Third run with Mars and it is only getting better. I went from plate 7 to plate 6 and I think I like plate 6 better. I like the fact that you have 10 plates to choose from which gives you a lot of adjustment in minut increments.

Three very nice passes and I have never felt that this razor has ever wanted to bite even with the Feathers.

I'll try to get it done by the zero hour. I've told Joe that I would if I could.

 

Thanks Danny....in the past few days I've been experimenting with winter shaves to see how I feel doing them in the summer. Course the Stoylin bath soap I use in the shower now(Mentha Scrub)helps encourage me to try this, as my face is cold enough as I begin the shave itself.

 

The bathroom being small is the reason why I can't do a video(which I'd love to do-perhaps later in life). Speakina Joe C., he sent me written instructions on doing it(pictures), which I've saved.

 

I am heading out for pizza at my fav place in a few!

 

I will also shave tomorrow with my Slim on 7.

 

Maybe your nasal receptors are better than mine.

 

Terrific shave, pic and setup Danny. I have to ask. Do you get all 10 plates when you buy the Mars razor or is it like the Karve system where you pick and choose the plates?

 

Yes I saw the post. However, I don’t know if the instructions work for your phone because Joe C probably has a different phone.

Well, hopefully I don't have to worry about my car after bringing it to a tire company last Friday to replace a tire and on Tuesday to replace a starter on warranty, but of course I had to pay for towing and finished with today's checking why my engine was running hot. Thankfully, I was low on coolant and he couldn't find any leaks with the engine running for 40 minutes.
Total for the 3 situations was approx. $360. Oh well, I am glad I am stocked with soaps aftershaves and razors. Lol!

 

you can do a shave gear pic anywhere.i've never taken a pic of my bathroom..

 

if you smell anything sweet inside the car..keep an eye on the coolant level.heater cores have a shelf life,same as head gaskets ..
