There wasn't any reason to blow it Paul. However, crash is more appropriate because it is more demonstrative. You were given a full year to get it done. If you wanted to get it done you would have done so a long time ago. You even provided your own solution to get it done by going to the Verizon store. The problem is that you didn't think that I would hold you to it by not reminding you every day of this past year. I don't pester people.
